A failed unit isn't the end of your qualification — it's a data point. There's no limit on resits, no compulsory waiting period, and a clear reason it happened. Here's the practical path back.

It's rarely about not knowing the subject broadly — it's usually one of these:
Sit a fresh mock exam immediately. Don't re-read the whole syllabus — find out exactly which topics cost you marks. Most failed attempts are concentrated in 2-4 weak topics, not spread evenly across the whole unit.
Spend the bulk of your remaining time on the topics your diagnostic mock flagged — quizzes, flashcards, and explanations for every wrong answer, not just the lesson text again.
Space them out. You want to see the same weak topics improving, and to build comfort with the timed format so exam day itself isn't the unfamiliar part.
If you're consistently scoring 75%+ with no topic below 65%, you're in a stronger position than your last attempt — book the resit.
