What we are, and aren't
CeMAP Coach is an independent exam-preparation product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Walbrook Institute London, the current provider of the CeMAP qualification. We do not administer the official exam, and passing our practice papers or completing our plan is not an official exam result.
What you're buying
A one-off payment of £39 unlocks the paid CeMAP Coach unit selected at checkout for the account you paid with. Buying one unit does not unlock the other paid units. Access is not subscription-based and may not be resold, transferred or shared with another person.
When access starts
Paid access normally starts once Stripe confirms payment. You may begin using the digital service immediately. Our contractual 14-day refund below applies regardless of whether you have started using it, so we do not rely on a waiver of that refund during the first 14 days.
No pass guarantee
CeMAP Coach does not offer a cash-refund pass guarantee. PassIQ™, readiness scores and practice-paper targets are study guidance, not a prediction or guarantee of an official exam result.
14-day refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked and regardless of product use. See our Refund Policy for how to request one. This contractual promise does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Model cancellation notice
You do not have to use this wording, but you may copy and send it to hello@cemapcoach.uk:
I give notice that I cancel my contract for CeMAP Coach. My name is [name], the account email is [email], the order date was [date], and today’s date is [date].
Acceptable use
Your account is for your own personal exam preparation. Don’t share your login, scrape or bulk-export the question bank, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.
Accuracy and changes to the qualification
We work to keep content accurate and current against public rules and qualification information, but awarding bodies, regulators and government departments can change syllabuses, formats, limits and rules. CeMAP Coach is revision support, not personalised financial, legal or regulatory advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, our total liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new updated date. A change will not remove rights already earned under the terms applying when you purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings available in the part of the UK where you live.
