cemapcoach.uk is operated by an independent, UK-based sole trader trading as CeMAP Coach. We don’t publish a home address for a single-operator business, and none is legally required to trade as a sole trader in the UK. What we are, and aren't
CeMAP Coach is an independent exam-preparation product. We are not affiliated with, and are not endorsed by, The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), which owns the CeMAP® trademark and is the body you register and sit exams with. We do not administer the CeMAP exam, and passing our mocks or completing our plan is not a guarantee issued by LIBF.
What you're buying
A one-off payment of £99 unlocks lifetime access to all lessons, questions, mock papers, the PassIQ™ readiness engine and the Coach, for the account you paid with. Access does not expire, is not subscription-based, and is not resold or transferred to another person.
The Pass Promise
If you complete your study plan in full — every topic marked green and three mock papers scored at 75% or higher — and you then sit the real CeMAP exam and fail, we will refund your £99in full. Completion is measured automatically from your in-product activity, so there is nothing to negotiate: if the tracker shows your plan complete and you report a fail, the refund is due. The Promise covers one refund per account and applies to the unit(s) covered by your completed plan. It is separate from, and in addition to, the 7-day refund below.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
Acceptable use
Your account is for your own personal exam preparation. Don’t share your login, scrape or bulk-export the question bank, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.
Liability
We work hard to keep the question bank and lessons accurate and current against the published LIBF specification, but exam bodies can change syllabuses and formats without notice, and we can’t guarantee any individual outcome beyond the Pass Promise above. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we’ll post the update here with a new “last updated” date; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
