7-day, no questions asked
If CeMAP Coach isn’t for you, email hello@cemapcoach.uk within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full £99, no reason required. This is on top of — and separate from — your statutory right to cancel a digital-content purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which you waive for immediate access when you start using the product before the 14-day statutory window ends; our 7-day promise is simpler and doesn’t ask you to have held off using it.
The Pass Promise
Separately, if you complete your full study plan (every topic green, three mocks at 75%+) and still fail the real exam, we refund the £99 in full — see our Terms for the exact conditions. This applies any time after purchase, not just in the first 7 days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. We don’t charge a processing fee on refunds.
How to request one
Email hello@cemapcoach.uk from the address you purchased with, and let us know which policy you’re claiming under (7-day, or Pass Promise). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
