14 days, no questions asked
If CeMAP Coach isn’t for you, contact hello@cemapcoach.uk within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the full £39. You do not need to give a reason, and using the product during those 14 days does not remove this contractual refund promise.
This promise is intended to make cancellation straightforward and does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
No exam-result refund
CeMAP Coach does not currently offer a cash-refund pass guarantee tied to an official exam result. The contractual refund described on this page is the 14-day refund above, alongside any statutory rights that apply.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. The time they take to appear depends on the bank or card provider. CeMAP Coach does not deduct a processing fee from an approved refund.
How to request one
Email hello@cemapcoach.uk from the address used for the account. Include the order date if available and say whether you are using the 14-day refund. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
Simple cancellation wording
I give notice that I cancel my contract for CeMAP Coach. My name is [name], the account email is [email], the order date was [date], and today’s date is [date].
