Privacy Policy

When you use CeMAP Coach we collect: your email address (once you take PassIQ™, purchase, or otherwise sign in); your quiz, mock and PassIQ™ answers and scores; basic product-usage events (page views, feature clicks) via analytics; and, if you purchase, payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we never see or store your card number).

We use the following processors to run the service:

• Supabase (EU, Ireland/London region) — authentication and database hosting for your account and study data.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your card details directly; we receive only a confirmation and the billing email/name you provide.
• Resend — sending transactional email (purchase receipts, plan reminders, exam-result nudges).
• PostHog (EU-hosted) — product analytics, so we can see which features are used and where people get stuck.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for the site itself.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the product you bought or are trying free), and, for analytics, on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding and improving the product — you can ask us to stop this at any time (see your rights below).

We keep account and study data for as long as your account exists, since lifetime access means you may return to it years later. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we’re required to retain payment records for tax purposes (UK law requires this for 6 years).

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it for analytics, at any time by emailing hello@cemapcoach.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand product usage. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
