The Pass Promise

Finish your plan — every topic green and three mocks at 75%+ — sit the exam, and if you fail, we refund you in full.

What exactly counts as "finishing the plan"?

Two bars, both measured in-product, visible on your Plan screen the whole time: every topic showing green, and three timed mocks scored at 75% or higher. No judgement calls, no fine print about "engagement".

What happens when I claim?

Tell us the result on your Plan screen. If the bars were met, the refund is approved by a human and lands back on your card within a few working days — and your access stays live for the resit.

And the ordinary refund?

On top of the Promise: a 7-day no-questions refund from purchase. Try everything; if it's not for you, say so.
