uAcademy is an established, well-reviewed CeMAP provider. We’re not going to pretend otherwise — or pretend we’re a bigger name than we are. Here’s the honest version, so you can pick with your eyes open.

Where uAcademy genuinely wins
•Track record. Years of trading, thousands of students and a public review history. We launched in 2026 — we don’t have that yet, and we won’t pretend to.
•Content volume. Their current offer lists 274 lessons and 30 mocks. CeMAP Coach is deliberately built around readiness and targeted gaps, but some learners simply prefer the bigger library.
•Human tutor support. Their paid course includes email access to mortgage-industry tutors. Our Coach uses your own readiness, question and mock evidence to suggest what to do next. The richer generative-AI explanation mode remains deliberately disabled while we finish its safeguards.

A content library tells you

“You’ve completed 274 lessons.” That is useful progress, but lesson completion alone does not tell you which gaps would cost marks in an exam today.

A readiness engine tells you

“You’re a 68 — Close. Complaints handling and APRC are holding you back, and here’s the plan that targets them.” That is a different kind of product, not automatically the right one for everyone.

Their current £198 course gives 12 months of access, with a further 12-month extension under their pass guarantee. CeMAP Coach is sold at £39 per paid unit with no subscription or forced bundle. Its 14-day contractual refund is not tied to an official exam result.
